Adult Volunteers

For any Scout group to flourish, when your children join as beavers, cubs or scouts, parents and guardians often join as volunteers to help us deliver these amazing experiences.

For example:

  • You might volunteer as a helper at a meeting, or activity which your child is attending or you might join …. as many do … as an assistant or a leader for one of our three sections.
  • You might instead be happy to join as one of our trustees, as part of a small team which oversees the running and governance of our scout group.

We welcome volunteers from every community and background. You don’t need to have been a scout. You just need to believe in a more positive future and the difference we can make together.

If you are interested in exploring becoming an adult volunteer with the 1st Crowmarsh Scouts, we invite you to speak first to our Group Scout Leader Siobhan Wilson.
